The demand is very active in France since the end of last week, probably linked to the beginning of the school year, and our European neighbors are also starting to ask us for help, especially Spain. Belgium is also on the rise since last week.
Still few goods to offer, and the price can only go up in front of this demand, either for the whole or the separation. Vigilance is still required regarding the cases of avian flu in France, especially in Brittany, which could further strengthen the market for the industry.
